Tracey Vitchers

Director, It's On Us

Tracey Vitchers is the Executive Director of It's On Us, the nation's largest student organizing program preventing sexual assault on college campuses nationwide through a combination of grassroots organizing and culture change campaigns. Prior to joining the It's On Us team, Tracey served as the Chief Development Officer at Callisto, a technology nonprofit that created the first of its kind online sexual assault and harassment reporting system for colleges.

Tracey is a nationally recognized expert on sexual violence prevention and survivor support, and serves on the board of End Rape On Campus as well as the advisory boards for Culture of Respect and SafeBAE. She previously served as Chair of the Board for SAFER Campus. Tracey and her work have been featured in Cosmopolitan, CNN, The Guardian, MSNBC, Forbes, CSPAN, and numerous other media outlets. She holds a Bachelors of the Arts from Williams College and a Masters from Utrecht University.
