Scott Lukas is SVP, Human Intelligence of Horizon's WHY Group, which creates forward-thinking intelligence about people, culture, and brands to help clients win brand decisions.

Scott began his career in strategy with notable agencies, including Chiat/Day, Fallon, and Berlin Cameron. He later founded DOSAGE, advising global marketers on brand and communication strategy and training teams worldwide.

He's most proud of his work that led to the EFFIE award-winning "Dawn Saves Wildlife" campaign for P&G, helping Toyota become the most effective regional advertiser, and authoring two strategic toolkits used globally by The Coca-Cola Company and Lowe Worldwide.
