Liz Snower is one of the chatbot industry’s early pioneers, having co-founded the AI voice and messaging startup Convrg, which recently became a part of Haptik, one of the largest conversational AI companies in the world. Convrg’s client roster included The GRAMMYs, The Estee Lauder Companies and Reddit among many others. Prior to Convrg, Liz worked in a business development and product management capacity for Kik messenger, where she worked with companies including Sephora, H&M and Beautycon to bring some of North America’s first branded chatbots to market. Prior to her tenure at Kik, Liz held senior roles at Guthy-Renker (then parent company of Proactiv, since sold to Nestle) and DermStore.com, where she was part of the team that sold the company to Target Corporation in 2013.
