Karen Radkowsky

Karen Radkowsky serves as founder and president of The Research Consultancy. She has 25+ years of experience in market research, new product development and strategy assessment in the US and around the globe.

Over the years, Karen has conducted research among youth and young adults for clients including Chegg, Chobani, Hershey, PBS, Pepsico, Playtex, Schick, Unilever, and the US Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Prior to forming The Research Consultancy, Karen built and led the market research practices at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and The Geppetto Group, a youth branding and marketing consultancy. She spent over a decade at BBDO Advertising, where she rose to senior vice-president and research director.

A former member of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) Board of Directors, Karen began her research career on the client side, at L'Oréal and American Express, after graduating from Columbia University.
