Karen Radkowsky

Brand Partnership Research, Chegg

Karen Radkowsky is the founder and president of The Research Consultancy, a boutique market research firm. In that capacity, she conducts much of Chegg’s brand partnership research.

In addition to her work with Chegg and its brand partners, Karen has conducted research among youth and young adults for clients including Chobani, Pepsico, Hershey, PBS, Playtex, Schick, Unilever, and the US Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Prior to forming The Research Consultancy, Karen built and led the market research practices at Ogilvy & Mather and The Geppetto Group, a youth branding and marketing consultancy. She spent over a decade at BBDO, where she rose to senior vice-president and research director.

A former member of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) Board of Directors, Karen began her research career on the client side, at L'Oréal and American Express, after graduating from Columbia University.
