Jazmin M. Burrell is a creative strategist based out of New York City originally from Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, she works at Snap Inc. where she leads the creative work for beauty giant Estee Lauder that encompasses video, augmented reality and camera tool strategies.

Prior to joining Snap, Jazmin worked on the creative side as a seasoned brand strategist where she created compelling work for some of the world's most iconic names including Maybelline, Proctor & Gamble, Cadillac, Smirnoff and JBL. She also leads her own creative practice named after her great-grandmother, Lizzie Della Creative Strategies, that specifically works with small and upcoming minority and women-led businesses to help them find their voice in a crowded market that often overlooks diverse perspectives.

Jazmin has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient, The Drum Future 50 and as a nominee for ADCOLOR's Rising Star award. She earned her degree in Strategic Communication from the esteemed School of Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia with a minor in Spanish and Classical Humanities.
