Redefining wellness - a new generation of health-conscious young people

In a generation raised with the pressures of climate change, school shootings, increasing social movements and non-stop push notifications, today’s 16-24 year olds are taking wellness into their own hands. Whether it’s embracing veganism, feeling comfortable talking about the need for therapy or taking a step away from social media, self-care is a priority. Our panel discusses the shift from wellness as a trend, to wellness as a lifestyle choice, and what effect this new outlook is having on the expectations of brands to get involved.
