Jordan Scheffler is an entrepreneur, innovator, and leader reshaping the events and entertainment industries for a new generation. He has built his career connecting millennial and Gen-Z audiences with culturally relevant brands and experiences. His deep understanding of the cultural zeitgeist and expertise across community-building platforms led him to co-found Crewfare, a startup that customizes travel solutions for event attendees and organizers powered by industry-leading tech that enables a seamless experience for all.

Prior to Crewfare, Scheffler created and helmed 1/ST Experience, the next-gen division of The Stronach Group - the largest stakeholder in North American Thoroughbred horse racing. There he led marketing, partnerships, and production with a mission to modernize the sport through live events and activations - equally generating revenue and consumer buzz.

Earlier in his career, Scheffler held executive roles with Groot Hospitality - a division of Live Nation, and Universal Music Group, leading digital and experiential marketing efforts to engage younger generations. Scheffler’s foray into entrepreneurship began with STFU & Party. He was tapped by (his now partner) Jason van Esso to refresh staid college spring break trips and create a better travel solution for a new generation of travelers. STFU & Party is now a leader in the collegiate trip market, accommodating over travelers from 100+ universities and extending beyond spring break to host to large-scale fall break trips, game day trips and more.

Last year, Scheffler and his partners were tapped to develop and produce the Hard Rock Beach Club for the inaugural Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami, attracting younger and more diverse audiences to the destination and the sport. The event attracted 2,000 guests, and following its overwhelming success, the team is contracted to concept and executive produce the annual event through 2026.
