Anya Dillard is a 19-year-old activist and social entrepreneur with a passion for social justice, mobilizing her community by the thousands to raise awareness for climate change, fight for reproductive justice, and eradicate period poverty and shame. Anya helped to organize the largest civil rights demonstration in the history of her hometown and co-organized her town’s first-ever public Juneteenth Celebration
At just 24 years old, mental health activist Brittany is the author of two books, Amazon bestseller I Am Not Your Average Teen and Beneath and Beyond. She is passionate about helping younger generations find themselves and speak out on mental health. Brittany uses her social channels to motivate and inspire her followers struggling with mental health and inspires them to live a happier life.
Melissa Li is Head of Community and HQ Managing Partner at Dorm Room Fund, a venture firm started by NYC-based First Round Capital to back student founders. She has extensive experience mentoring seed-stage accelerator programs on community-building, and advising new media and Metaverse startups on Gen Z engagement.
Neal Sivadas is 23 years old and on a mission to build and market products for his generation. He recently joined TikTok as Product Marketing Manager and was selected as a LinkedIn Top Voice in the Next Gen category.
