Student, Harvard College
Teddy Landis is a junior at Harvard College studying sociology. As the student chair of the Harvard Public Opinion Project at the Harvard Institute of Politics, Teddy was intrigued by data suggesting youth political activity is on the rise. In the Spring of 2018, he co-founded the Harvard Votes Challenge with other students who were concerned about Harvard's low voting rates and invigorated by a new wave of youth movements. Teddy spent the summer on the #VoteTogether team at Civic Nation, working to expand election-day celebrations to polling locations across the United States. Now back on campus, Teddy is excited to lead a team of passionate students who are working to increase voter participation on campus. Teddy is originally from New York City and can often be found collecting voting memes, watching The Office, and biking around campus.
