This session will address the importance and relevance of music to Gen-Z, and discuss how they are engaging via “access” over “ownership” through the prominent streaming services. Rob will cover the landscape of these streaming services (Spotify, Apple, Amazon, YouTube, Pandora, etc.), and share who is winning the adoption race and dominating with Gen-Z. Also included in the presentation will be an explanation of “playlisting” and the popular playlist brands that are dominating, and an overview of how consumer brands are harnessing music promotions, serving them to their customers without up-front licensing costs.
