Who are the young people being bold and doing something different from the norm? Hear from our line-up of young activists and entrepreneurs about what inspired them, and how they want to make an impact on society today. From start-ups to charity work, to simply speaking out in creative ways about causes that matter to them, they’ll share what they’ve learned about Gen Z - and themselves - in the process, and what they really want from the brands they interact with. Our line-up:
Egypt “Ify” Ufele - UN Jr. Ambassador of Peace, and anti-bullying activist, who founded her own non-for profit “Bullychasers”, and is CEO of her own plus-size clothing range “Chubilline.”
Will Coleman - TV personality, author, and creator of “The BOLD Spice Company”, and founder of “BOLD Impacts”; a non-profit program educating and empowering students about healthy cooking.
Arya Burke - activist and organizer at youth-led powerhouse “The Sunrise Movement” which advocates for political action on climate change.
Jenk Oz - actor, musician, presenter, Time Out columnist, and the Founder and CEO of iCoolKid-Thred Media; a publishing, media, consulting, and production company aimed at Gen Z.
Megan Simmons - Head of Strategy at Student Voice, the nation’s largest by-students, for-students non-profit, empowering young people to take action on issues impacting their education.
