Rich Antoniello is CEO of Complex Networks, a global media company and youth culture brand. In 2016 he led the acquisition of Complex by Verizon and Hearst becoming Complex Networks. The company is focused premium programming on Verizon’s go90 and through Complex Networks’ vertical brands.
Antoniello joined Complex as CEO in 2003 and has transformed it from an influential print publication into a 360-degree multimedia platform. Prior to Complex, Antoniello was at National Geographic, and Wenner Media’s Men's Journal. He lives in New York City with his wife and two girls.
