Millennials and Gen Z represent two powerhouse generations of young consumers – each with a distinct hallmark of influence on marketing and communications. At the intersection of millennials and Gen Z – those aged roughly 17 to 25 – lives a powerful microgeneration dictating how brands can successfully engage with them. The GenZennial -- the older end of Gen Z and the younger end of millennials -- form an audience of 39 million Americans linked by a common life stage.
